How to integrate Zoom with Google Calendar
Learn how to integrate Zoom with Google Calendar — connect your account, set permissions, sync events, and schedule meetings directly from Google Calendar.
Steps
- Observe static dashboard state — Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Zoom and see a confirmation message.
- Explore Whiteboards and Clips options — Grant the required permissions and click Continue to authorize the connection.
- Review Clips and Tasks tools — A Google sign-in window will pop up — log in with the Google account whose calendar you want to connect. Then click Continue.
- Confirm Recent activity and navigation — Choose Google as the service, review Permissions for Calendar, Contacts, Drive, and Mail, and enable Bidirectional sync if desired. Then, click Next.
- Align Recent activity above footer — Under Integrations > Calendar and contacts integration, click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.
- Inspect footer links and settings — In the Settings page, click the Mail & Calendar tab.
- View Recent activity on dashboard — Under the My Account section, click Settings.
- Review Zoom account home dashboard — In the left navigation bar, scroll to My Account section.
