Time Component Precision Improvements

The Time component in Floik now lets you go beyond basic time selection and precisely control the exact frame where an effect appears or disappears. This gives you far greater accuracy when working with time-based elements.

You will now experience

  • FPS (Frames Per Second) defines how many individual frames make up one second of a recording. For example, at 15 FPS, each second is divided into 15 frames, allowing you to place Blur, Text, Highlights, and other timed elements on an exact frame (such as frame 6), not just a rough timestamp.
  • Consistent timing behavior across all timed elements, ensuring the same frame-accurate control wherever time selection is used.
  • Precise effect placement within recordings and interactive demos, eliminating guesswork and repeated adjustments.

These improvements remove timing inaccuracies, reduce rework, and give you predictable, frame-perfect control when fine-tuning timed interactions.

New Guide Subscription Plans

We’ve introduced a dedicated subscription plan for Guides, making it easier to choose a plan that fits how you create content in Floik.

  • You can now subscribe specifically to Guide-focused plans, instead of a one-size-fits-all option.
  • Flo creation in other formats is now aligned with your selected subscription, so access is clearer and more predictable.
  • This structure helps you pick a plan based on your actual content needs; not features you don’t use.

With clearer plan boundaries and more flexible choices, it’s now simpler to adopt Floik in a way that matches your workflow, whether you’re all-in on Guides or exploring multiple formats.
