I just touched the surface, but this tool is very well executed! Worth every penny and very helpful if you need to create a lot of SOP documents like I do for venture building process development.
I think for me it would be the super simple interface and how quick it is to create a video. However, I would also add, that I think the thing that trumps this is that you only need to record your screen once and then you can use that recording as a standalone video, interactive guide or step-by-step guide.

You can embed guides on your knowledge based using the embed code on the right panel.
You can share a collection of guides with the 'folder publish' feature. Add all the guides you want to publish in a dedicated folder, then publish that folder. You'll get a dedicated landing page with all the guides.
The step-by-step guide captures mouse clicks via the Chrome Extension. While videos of desktop apps can be recorded, you’ll need to manually add the mouse clicks after recording. For automatic click capture and AI-assisted features, use the Chrome browser and select “Tab” recording.
