Floik's Edit panel gives you full control over how your interactive demo looks, sounds, and flows. From adding clickable elements to fine-tuning audio and visuals, every option is designed to help you build a clearer, more engaging experience for your viewers.
Edit the Title and Description
- Open your recorded interactive demo.
- Hover over the title and click the Edit icon.
- Edit the Title and Description to give viewers a better context about what the demo covers.
- Once done, click Save changes.
Add Elements to Your Demo
Navigate to the Add Elements section in the Edit panel. The following elements are available:
- Call to Action
Add buttons that link to another demo or trigger a specific action, guiding users on what to do next.
- Spotlight
Highlight a specific area of the screen to make sure users don't miss a key feature.
- Blur
Mask any part of the screen you don't want viewers to see.
- Hotspots
Add clickable areas so users can explore the demo at their own pace.
- Image
Insert a visual for added context. Upload your own image or choose from existing ones.
- Camera
Embed a webcam recording to add a personal, human touch to your demo.
- Text
Place labels, tips, or instructions directly on screen to guide users step by step.
- Highlight
Emphasize important areas so key actions always stand out.
Edit Your Recording
Go to the Edit section in the Edit panel:
- Crop
Remove unwanted areas of the screen to keep focus where it matters.
- Trim
Cut out unnecessary pauses or mistakes from your recording.
- Music
Add background music to give your demo a polished, professional feel.
Configure the Voice
In the Voice section, choose how your demo sounds:
- Original Voice
Keep your own recorded narration.
- AI Voice
Let Floik generate a clean voiceover automatically.
- No Voice
Remove all narration and let the visuals speak for themselves.
Add and Manage Subtitles
- Enable Subtitles to make your demo easier to follow.
- Use the Display toggle to turn subtitles on or off as needed.
Review Added Elements
Use the Added Elements dropdown to see a list of all elements currently placed in your demo. This helps you keep track of everything you've added and manage them in one place.
