How to see the last viewed time for a Flo

Last viewed at is a column in Flo Insights that shows the most recent time a viewer opened each of your Flos. It appears on the Basic insights tab, alongside total views, CTA clicks, and comments.

Why use it

Total views tell you how much a Flo has been watched, but not how recently. Last viewed at shows you whether a Flo is still getting traffic right now — useful for spotting demos that have gone quiet, or deciding which older Flos are worth refreshing.

How to check when a Flo was last viewed

1. From the Floik dashboard, click Insights in the left navigation.
2. On the Basic insights tab, check the Last viewed at column in the Flo list.

Best practices

• Compare Last viewed at against total views. A high view count with an old last-viewed time usually means the Flo has stopped circulating.
• Switch to Advanced insights when you need view trends over a date range rather than a single most-recent timestamp.
