My Space and Team Space have been completely revamped with a powerful new folder architecture and advanced search tools, making it easier to organize and manage your Flos as your workspace grows.

· Filtering& Sorting:  You can now filter and sort both folders and individual Flos using options like newest to oldest, oldest to newest, A → Z, and Z → A.

· Creation-Time Filing: Select a destination folder when creating a new Flo, so it's filed correctly from the start.

· Advanced Access Controls: Team Space now supports folder-level permissions, giving you more control over visibility. Folders are visible to all team members by default. Enable the Make private toggle to restrict visibility to yourself and admins, or use the Block option to manage access for individual members.
