Swift Play is a screenshot-only version of your Interactive Demo. It presents the flow as a step-by-step sequence of screenshots with interactive hotspots, without playing the original video.
Why use it
Swift Play keeps viewers focused on the actions rather than the footage. Without the video, the demo moves at the viewer's pace and takes less time to get through, which suits end users who want to follow along and get started quickly.
How to share a demo in Swift Play mode
- Open the Interactive Demo you want to share.
- Go to the Share tab.
- Under Share settings, click Customize.
- Select Swift Play.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
- Copy the shareable link, or click the arrow to open the end-user view of your Flo.
Your demo now plays as a step-by-step walkthrough of screenshots and hotspots.
Best practices
- Open the end-user view before you share the link, so you can see the demo the way your viewers will.
- Check that your hotspot text carries enough context on its own. Anything the video explained needs to be readable in the hotspots instead.
- Use Swift Play when viewers are short on time or need to move through the flow at their own pace.
