How to unpublish a Flo?

Unpublishing a Flo removes it from public view and returns it to draft state in the Edit panel.

Use the Unpublish option if you've already published a Flo but want to make further edits before publishing it again.

How to unpublish a Flo

1. Once you've published your Flo, click the three-dot menu at the top right.
2. Click Unpublish Flo.
3. In the confirmation prompt, click Unpublish Flo again.

After unpublishing:

• The Flo is removed from public view and returns to draft state in the Edit panel.
• The Flo's shared link is no longer accessible; a 404 error appears if access is attempted.
• Any embeds of the Flo display a message stating that it has been unpublished.

Best practices

• Unpublish a Flo before making major edits, so viewers don't see a Flo mid-update.
• Allow some time for changes to reflect on the site after unpublishing — updates aren't always instant.
• Re-publish the Flo once your edits are complete, so it doesn't stay in draft state longer than needed.
