Upload videos to create Flos

Now you can upload your videos and turn them into Flos — no manual screen recording needed!

When starting a new capture:

• Choose Upload Video instead of recording live.
• Supported formats: .mp4 and .mov
• File size limit: 300 MB
• Resolution limit: Below 2K

Once uploaded, you can fully customize the video:

• Add elements, voiceovers, background music, hotspots, and more.
• Convert it into an interactive demo by manually inserting hotspots wherever needed.
