Smarter Navigation and Stunning Visuals for Guides

The end-user experience for step-by-step guides has been completely overhauled with a modern interface, animated backgrounds, and smarter navigation.

Animated backgrounds: Guides now feature high-quality animated backgrounds. New animated options include,

• Floating Lines
• Grain Effect
• Liquid Chrome
• Gradient
• Light Pillar

Table of contents: Moving through long guides is now much more intuitive for your end users. The Table of Contents is pinned to the right, allowing viewers to browse steps and jump to specific sections effortlessly.

Real-time customization preview: Designing the perfect guide no longer requires guesswork or tab-switching to see your work. Any customizations you apply now update instantly in a live preview on the left, letting you see the final look before you save.

To apply these updates,

1. Navigate to Customize under the Share menu.
2. Select Table of Contents.
3. Go to Background > Animated.
4. Choose your preferred theme and watch the live preview on the left.
5. Click Apply to save your new look.

Edit and Preview Guide Cover

Introducing live preview and new cover layout options while editing the title and description, ensuring you know exactly how your Flo’s cover page looks to your audience when you share it.

• Cover image: The cover image appears on the Flo’s opening screen, the first thing users see. Choose from three layout options to control how your cover image is displayed to viewers.
• Preview: You can now see a live preview of exactly how your cover page looks. As you edit your title and description, the preview updates in real time; what you see is what your viewers get.‍
• Change screenshot: Replace the cover screenshot with any screen that better represents your Flo's content.
