How to delete steps in guide

Bulk selection lets you delete multiple steps from your guide at once, instead of removing them one by one. This is useful for cleaning up drafts, removing outdated content, or quickly refining your guide.

Select Steps for Deletion

1. Navigate to your step-by-step guide.

2. Hover over the step; checkboxes will appear on the top left of the step.

3. Click a checkbox to select that step. A panel will open on the right with selection options.

Choose a Selection Type

From the right panel, pick the option that fits your needs:

• Selected steps only  

          Deletes only the steps you manually checked.

• Select all steps  

          Selects every step in the guide at once.

• Select all steps with images  

          Targets only steps that have images attached.

• Select all steps without images  

          Targets only text-only steps.

Delete the Selected Steps

1. After making your selection, click Delete steps.

2. The selected steps are removed instantly.
