A public share link is a URL for a published Flo that anyone can open. Viewers don't need a Floik account, and they don't need to sign up or sign in to watch or interact with the Flo. You copy the link from the Share tab.
Why use it
The link is the quickest way to get a Flo in front of someone. A few common uses:
- Paste it into an email or outreach message so a prospect can open the demo directly
- Hyperlink text in a document, help article, or chat message to a Flo
- Drop it into a Slack thread, ticket reply, or onboarding checklist
- Share it where you can't embed, such as social posts or email signatures
How to share a Flo using a public link
- Publish your Flo and open the Share tab.
- Under Share link, click Copy link.
Best practices
- Keep the Flo set to Public for open sharing. Switch to Private when you need to control who can view it.
- When hyperlinking the URL in a document or email, use descriptive anchor text rather than pasting the raw link.
- Use Customise to set how the Flo appears to viewers before you share the link.
