How to add blurs to multiple tabs while recording

Blurring helps you hide sensitive or irrelevant information while recording across different tabs.

Add Blurs Before Recording

  1. Start a new recording.  
  1. In the recording pop-up, click Add Blur.  
  1. Hover over the screen to view highlighted areas (orange box) that can be blurred.  
  1. Click on the areas you want to blur.  
  1. Once you’ve selected all required sections, click Done.  
  1. Click Start Capturing to begin recording.  

The selected areas will now appear blurred during the recording.

Add Blurs on Additional tabs

You can continue adding blur effects as you navigate between different tabs.

  1. While recording, navigate to another tab.  
  1. When prompted, click Share this tab instead to continue recording on the new tab.  
  1. Click the Floik extension in your browser toolbar.  
  1. Pause the recording.  
  1. Click Add Blur.  
  1. Select the areas you want to blur on the new screen.  
  1. Return to the recording pop-up and click Resume Recording.  

Repeat for Multiple Screens

  • Repeat the above steps each time you move to a new tab to apply blurs where needed.  

Result

All selected areas across different tabs will remain   ensuring sensitive information is consistently hidden.
