No, you currently can’t restrict team members to view specific folders. All members added in your team will be able to view all Flos.
How can I cancel my subscription
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that cancellations made before the subscription period ends are not eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, contact our support team at hi@floik.com.
How can I get invoice for my payment
The owner of the Flo space can access invoices from the app settings. Navigate to App Settings and open the Invoices tab to view or download your payment invoices.
How can I organize my Flos?
You can organize your Flos into folders for better management. Both My Space and Team Space support folder-based organization, allowing you to group related guides and demos together for easier access.
How to add a custom domain to your account
Custom domains are available based on your subscription plan. To enable a custom domain for your account, contact our support team at hi@floik.com.
The setup process is straightforward. Our team will share the DNS configuration details required to set up your custom domain. Once you add the provided DNS records to your domain settings, inform the support team so they can verify the configuration and activate the custom domain for your account.

I invited my team member but they didn’t get the invite. What do I do?
Please check if the email entered for your team member is valid. You can also ask the recipient to check their spam inbox to see if the mail has been delivered. If none of these options work, you can report the issue to our support team by mailing us at hi@floik.com.
My payment went through but my account is still not upgraded, What do I do
If your payment was successful but your account has not been upgraded, please contact our support team at hi@floik.com. Our team will review the payment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What are the different roles and permissions available for me and my team?
Floik currently offers four roles to manage your team space: Â
Owner‍
Has full access to all features and functionalities. The owner can invite users and assign roles to them.
Billing‍
Responsible for managing payments related to the subscription plan. This role does not have access to other administrative functions.
Admin‍
Can perform administrative tasks such as inviting users, managing roles, and configuring branding settings, but does not have access to billing.
User‍
The default role assigned to invited members in a Flo space. Users have access to basic Floik functionalities but cannot perform administrative actions.
Which cards do you accept?
There's no restriction on the type of cards we accept. We accept all valid debit and credit cards.
