Can I restrict my team members to specific folders

No, you currently can’t restrict team members to view specific folders. All members added in your team will be able to view all Flos. However, you can publish and share folders with specific members of your team. These published folders and Flos can only be accessed by those who have the link.

How can I cancel my subscription

How can I get invoice for my payment

The owner of your Flospace can go to the app settings and open the invoices tab. Here, you'll find the option to view or download invoices.

I invited my team member but they didn’t get the invite. What do I do

Please check if the email entered for your team member is valid. You can also ask the recipient to check their spam inbox to see if the mail has been delivered. My payment went through but my account is still not upgraded, What do I do

What are the different roles and permissions available for me and my team?

Currently, there are 4 roles available in Floik to manage the teamspace viz:

Owner

Who has full access to feature and functionalities and Can invite other users and assign roles to them.

Billing

Who manages all payments related to their specific plan and they cannot perform other administrative functions unrelated to billing

Admin

Who Perform administrative tasks such as inviting users, managing roles, and configuring branding settings apart from billing

User

Default role assigned to users invited into a Flospace. They have access to basic functionalities related to Flo and no administrative functionalities

Which cards do you accept?

There's no restriction on the type of cards we accept. We accept all valid debit and credit cards.
